Using the BIA body composition and the FMS movement and posture analyses, we will identify your personal needs in terms of regeneration, movement and nutrition.

Step 2: Personalised advice for your holiday

Based on your results, we will provide you with a programme of recommendations for your sports holiday. This way you will know exactly which of our training sessions and which analysis or workshop will help you reach your goals.

Step 3: After your holiday

With the training app of our Sporthotel Zoll we will offer you support even after your stay in South Tyrol! This means that your time spent with us will to all intents and purposes be an investment in your future.
